Journal Of Brewing documents the adventures of a homebrewer. I’ve only been homebrewing since June 2005 and already have had many successes with beers produced completely in my home. Hopefully this site will serve as:
- A repository of notes about my brews. I will document recipes, techniques and critical calculations used in the brewing process.
- A forum where those who either need help or those who want to offer help can exchange ideas in discussions about brewing.
- Reflections and impressions of the process.
- Opinions of my brews. I will taste and rate my beers as they mature.
